Sourcing Fresh Produce from Africa

In 2008, ASDA committed to source an extra £30 million ($45.8 million) worth of fresh produce from Africa. The initiative will create more jobs and opportunities for farmers and trading partners in South Africa, Kenya, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Burkina Faso.
